Is it possible to make custom fit garment?

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Since each piece at House of Arshiyaa is specially handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We encourage you to carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner's website.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, one-time alterations can be undertaken under specific circumstances. Please reach out to our team within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss alteration options.

How do I know my size?

We provide a detailed size guide with every product. If you’re still unsure, you can get in touch with us for personalised assistance before placing your order.

How long will it take my product to be delivered?

As all our pieces are handcrafted, standard delivery timelines usually range between 2–3 weeks. Customised pieces may take longer, depending on the design.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

HOUSE OF ARSHIYAA shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products, however if you still receive a damaged product, kindly mail us the picture of the garment received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.

What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the package safely outside your home. Once the order has been delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility, so we kindly ask you to collect it at the earliest.
